With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, James Ferola founded Alia Homes with a vision to create astonishing, luxurious, and impressive architectural masterpieces. His passion for quality and innovation has been the cornerstone of our success. James’s hands-on approach and deep understanding of the building process ensure that every project reflects the highest standards of excellence.

Joseph Ferola – General Manager

As the General Manager of Alia Homes, Joseph Ferola is instrumental in nurturing relationships with clients, suppliers, and real estate agents. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to customer satisfaction, he ensures that every aspect of the business runs smoothly. Antony Romeo – Chief Financial Officer
